Due to the size and weight of our products delivery costs will vary from area to area so we highly recommend that you contact us on 01656 749855 to get an exact cost for delivery before you place an order. Alternatively you can shop online and enter your details at the checkout and we will give you a call back to discuss delivery options. You will not be asked for any payment details until delivery charges have been agreed and you are happy to proceed.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer a Free LOCAL Delivery service within 10 miles of our factory at CF33 6BL, but will deliver throughout South Wales for a small additional charge.
NATIONAL DELIVERY
We are also able to offer nationwide delivery covering most of mainland England and Wales via our own delivery vehicles, Local Sales Agents or a Pallet Network Service.
Delivery to certain parts of Scotland are also available via a Pallet Network.
Please note that deliveries made via the pallet network may require some home assembly.
Chairs and Benches will be delivered ready assembled, but tables will require the legs being attached.
LEAD TIMES
Delivery lead times will vary from product to product but we aim to deliver most garden furniture items within 28 days subject to stock availability. Should you require any item quicker than this then please contact us on 01656 749855 to discuss the various options.
Playhouses and Gazebos are made to order and our general lead time is 6 weeks although this can increase with demand during summer months. Again Please contact the office on 01656 749855 to discuss the options.
